# Brady-Action Wave — 2026-05-05

**Goal:** blow through 5 items in one sitting (~1 hour total). All independently runnable; pick top-2 if time-pressed.

**Order is parallelizable** — each ≤10 min except CF Access (~30-45m).

## 1. Cloudflare Access setup ⭐ (~30-45 min)

**Why:** locks down `admin.roseinthegrove.com` AND `astrogarden.rosecourt.co/alex/*`. Single biggest security win available.

**What to do:**
1. Open `~/docs/ecosystem/sops/cloudflare_access_admin_setup_2026-05-05.md` (or on dashboard at admin.roseinthegrove.com/docs/)
2. Follow steps 1-7 verbatim (skip Step 2 Google SSO if you want OTP-only)
3. Test from incognito

**Allowlists (have ready):**
- App 1 — Admin Dashboard: `brady@roseinthegrove.com`
- App 2 — Astrologer Console: `brady@roseinthegrove.com`, `alex@rosecourt.co`

**Done when:** incognito visit to both URLs shows CF Access login screen → you complete OTP → page loads.

**Rollback if anything breaks:** Zero Trust → Applications → ... → Delete (auth removed in <60s).

## 2. DS sprint week-1 push fire ⏰ (~5 min, fire May 7 Wednesday)

**Why:** seeds the May 8 webinar audience. Week-1 of staged DS sprint sequence (H180-C).

**What to do (May 7 morning):**
1. Open `~/docs/ecosystem/campaigns/ds_sprint_week1_push_2026-05-04.md`
2. Read the 3-paragraph email body
3. Run the bash one-liner at the bottom of the doc
4. Check Resend dashboard for delivery confirmation

**Done when:** email sent, you have a delivery receipt.

## 3. Aniessa scheduling 📞 (~5 min)

**Why:** Downside Up venue photo capture for May 29 Fuega public event. Already SOP'd at `~/docs/ecosystem/sops/downside-up_venue_capture_2026-05-05.md`.

**What to do:**
1. Send 1 text or DM: "Hey Aniessa, can you come by Downside Up venue for a 15-min photo shoot? Trying to lock May 29 Fuega marketing assets. Available [your dates]?"
2. Record her reply in Airtable Master Contacts notes (or just in your phone)

**Done when:** message sent. Reply optional this week.

## 4. USDA RMAP intake start 📋 (~15 min)

**Why:** ~7 weeks until June 30 deadline. Up to $50K rural microbusiness loan, AZ-eligible (Cottonwood). Filed in `~/docs/ecosystem/strategy/ag_eco_financing_2026-05-05.md` as RMAP Q4 row in UP.

**What to do:**
1. Browse to https://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/business-programs/rural-microentrepreneur-assistance-program
2. Locate Q4 application packet (PDF) or call regional contact for intake
3. Save PDFs to `~/docs/ecosystem/research/usda_rmap_q4_2026/`
4. Skim sections — circle anything you can't answer offhand
5. **Don't draft yet.** This step is "know what's required."

**Done when:** packet downloaded; you know what sections need outside info (CPA, attorney, etc.).

## 5. Brady-self DS Course test buy 🧪 (optional, ~3 min)

**Why:** validates entire conversion funnel end-to-end before May 8 webinar pushes traffic to it.

**What to do:**

6. **Refund yourself** in Stripe dashboard once verified

**Done when:** Stripe charge appears, all 3 workflows execute clean, you see your enrollment in Airtable. Then refund.
