- Critical surfaced finding: **VAPG 2026 cycle CLOSED Apr 22**; plan for 2027 (Sept 2026 onset) — Solshine fit for $250K non-dilutive grant

**Why:** distribution hasn't fired. The plumbing was built H180-H196 (DS upsell router, Strategy Session $150 chain, Day-3 re-engagement, T-1 reminder, Membership upsell in DS Graduation), but no webinar has run in this window to validate the conversion path.

**The lever:** May 8 webinar this Thursday is T-3 days. If we get 1+ external paying customer from that cohort, the funnel is proven. If 0, we know which gate is closed.

### 2. DS course: 0 external buyers (unchanged)
**Why:** webinar-driven funnel hasn't run. May 8 is the seeding event. Brady-self test buy ($297 Stripe + refund) is queued in Brady-action wave to validate funnel before audience hits it.

### 3. Brand testimonials: still 0 on GH/WHG/SS (4-month gap)
**Why:** non-blocking — no active work depends on testimonials. Joshua + Alex were identified as candidates (H193); no follow-up yet. Deferred until Brady picks a sales push product (H192 SOP) and uses testimonials as the conversion polish.

**The system is now wired to move revenue.** H180-H200 built the plumbing. H201 measures whether what we built actually moves money.

The honest reading: weeks of infrastructure investment without revenue validation creates risk. May 8 is the test. Either:
- ✅ Cohort converts → infrastructure investment was correct → ramp to weekly webinar cadence
- ❌ Cohort doesn't convert → identify the gate (registration? attendance? offer? CTA?) and fix it before next webinar

Either outcome is data. Both unlock the next decision.
